Why Muslim Doctors Murder

Upscale Jihadists

War On Terror: The Mercedes Jihad in London smashes the media-peddled myth that the terrorists are poor, uneducated and oppressed. At least five of the suspects are Muslim doctors.

Since 9/11, the PC elite have lectured us to avoid drawing a connection between the terrorists and Islam. Don't blame their religion, we're told. Blame poverty and ignorance.

The Islamic apologists claim there's nothing in the Quran that justifies jihadi violence in the name of Islam. Apparently these devout doctors — all of whom practiced in Western hospitals — have found something in the Muslim holy book that does.

It's hard to get more educated than an M.D. Did they misread their Quran? Have they too hijacked a "peaceful religion?"

The British government doesn't think it's relevant. New Prime Minister Gordon Brown avoided mentioning Muslims or Islam in his public remarks. He reportedly has banned his Cabinet from using the word "Muslim" in connection to the terror crisis. (This is phenomenal, T.C.)

"Let us be clear: Terrorists are criminals," said his new home secretary, Jacqui Smith. "Terrorists attack the values shared by all law-abiding citizens."

In fact, most of them don't actually become criminals until they act out on jihad. Physicians are among the least likely members of society to get mixed up in violent crime. So what would possess these healers to become murderers?

According to the Islamic Medical Association of North America, Muslim physicians take an oath to Allah that transcends the Hippocratic oath to "first, do no harm" against any patient. It's embodied in the following Quranic verse:

"If anyone has killed one person — except in lieu of murder or mischief on earth — it is as if he has killed the whole of mankind. And if he has saved one life it is as if he saved the whole of mankind."

Muslim scholars define "mischief" as treason against Islam, which covers infidel occupation of Muslim lands. In other words, a Muslim doctor is not bound to save a life — and may even be justified in taking a life — if he perceives his potential patient base to be guilty of crimes against Allah. Or if he believes they share blame in the murder of fellow Muslims anywhere in the world.

(Orthodox Muslims are united in a kind of blood pact under the "ummah," the worldwide Muslim brotherhood. If an infidel hurts one Muslim, they believe it's like hurting all Muslims. Therefore, it's the duty of all Muslims to take an eye for an eye.)

Setting such a condition on treatment is unique among doctor's oaths. But then, many things are unique about Islam, most of all its militancy.

The London car-bomb case "should be the final proof that an idea that those involved in these type of attacks are all young, angry and poorly educated is a mistake," said British terror expert Paul Cornish. "They are often middle or upper class and well educated."

One of the suspects in the Mercedes Jihad, Dr. Mohammed Jamil Abdelqader Asha, is described as a "brilliant" neurologist.

He was arrested along with his wife, a medical assistant working in the same hospital. She also is described as "a very educated person."

The father of Dr. Asha, in denying that his son is a terrorist, said, "My son is a moderate Muslim" who "carried out his religious duties." Too well, it seems.
